Crypto Wallet Recovery Service
Can’t get into your crypto wallet? Whether you forgot your password, your seed phrase won’t restore, or an old wallet no longer opens, Cryptoherstel helps you regain access to your own Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin and other crypto wallets. We’re based in Amsterdam and work in English or Dutch, on a no cure, no pay basis. You only pay when we restore access.
What we can help with.
Losing access to a wallet happens more often than people think, usually after switching devices, forgetting a password, or coming back to an old wallet years later. We help in cases like:
- A forgotten or lost wallet password (crypto wallet password recovery).
- A seed phrase or recovery phrase that won’t restore, with missing words, a wrong word or the wrong order.
- A private key you still have that is incomplete or mistyped.
- Old or outdated wallet software that no longer opens, such as Bitcoin Core (wallet.dat), MultiBit, Electrum, DoughWallet and many more.
- A Trezor or Ledger you can’t use because of a broken screen or damaged USB port, or a forgotten passphrase.
We work from what you still have. If you only have the public address there’s nothing to open, but if you have the wallet file, a password, a partial key or a seed phrase, there’s usually a way in. Send us what you have and we’ll tell you honestly whether recovery is realistic.
How the recovery works
1. FRee Assessment
Tell us what happened and what you still have. In a short call we look at your case and tell you honestly whether recovery is realistic, with no obligation.
2. Agreement
If you decide to go ahead, we sign a clear contract first. It protects your data, your privacy and your ownership of your funds. Nothing starts, before that’s signed.
3. Recovery
Working in a secure, offline environment, we get to work. Recovering your password, completing your seed phrase or rebuilding the missing piece. You get regular updates, and you keep control of your wallet the whole way through.
Cryptocurrencies we recover.
Our specialties are Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP) and Dogecoin (DOGE), and we can recover most other cryptocurrencies too. Not sure whether we cover yours? Feel free to contact us.

Crypto wallet password recovery
Forgot the password to your crypto wallet? You’re not alone, it’s the most common case we handle, and even a partial memory of it is often enough. We work from your encrypted wallet file and any hints you can give us, such as the length, fragments you remember or the patterns you tend to use, and run large, targeted searches to recover it. A good hint about the password is worth far more than raw computing power, so the more you can tell us, the better your odds.

Frequently asked questions
How does a crypto wallet recovery work?
Recovering a crypto wallet can be done through several different methods, depending on your situation. The most common one is by brute-forcing a forgotten password, where we test large numbers of likely combinations until we find the one that unlocks your wallet. Other cases involve completing an incomplete seed phrase or recovering an old wallet file. You can start by contacting us for a free assessment, and we’ll guide you through the process from there.
I forgot my crypto wallet password. Can you recover it?
In many cases, yes, as long as you still have the wallet file or seed phrase. Password recovery is the most common case we handle. We take your wallet file and any hints you remember, then test large numbers of likely combinations to find the one that unlocks it. Even a partial memory of the password often helps. It’s never guaranteed, so we give you an honest read on your odds first.
Can you recover a wallet with an incomplete seed phrase?
It depends on how much you still have. Missing words, a wrong word, or words in the wrong order can often be resolved, because a valid seed phrase has to follow a fixed standard. The more of your phrase you have, the better the chances. A completely lost phrase with no other data usually can’t be recovered.
Can you open an old wallet that no longer works?
Often it’s possible. Old or outdated wallets like MultiBit can usually still be opened, even when modern software won’t load them, provided you still have the wallet file. If it’s on an old device, we can try to retrieve it first.
How much does crypto wallet recovery cost?
We work on a no cure, no pay basis. We only charge a percentage of the value we successfully recover, and if recovery doesn’t succeed, you pay nothing. There are no upfront costs. Our standard commission is between 20% – 2,5% based on the value of the wallet.
